Run Garioch 2012
The results have been processed by Aberdeenshire Council and are now available on the 'Results' page of the website.
The Council apologises for the lack of chip timing on the day (due to the RTS operator taking ill immediately before the event) and the length of time it has taken to process the results.
The Council has reviewed their training and operating and procedures to ensure the same situation does not happen again.

Join us for our fantastic 5K, 10K and 1/2 Marathon events, as well as our popular Junior Run (for children aged four to 12) on Race Day, 24th March 2013!
We're very pleased to announce that Specsavers Inverurie will be returning as our main 10K sponsor for the eighth year in a row.
We're also delighted to welcome Accord Energy of Aberdeen as sponsors of the 1/2 Marathon.
Also new to Run Garioch this year are award-winning developers Dandara, the new sponsors of the 5K.
And we're also pleased to welcome back Inverurie design agency CP & CO as the sponsors of the Junior Run for the second year in a row.
Opening the adult races and assiting with the prizegiving will be Colin Mackenzie, Chief Executive of Aberdeenshire Council and Councillor Norman Smith, Deputy Provost.

Our popular ‘10 Weeks’ training programme has also returned, expanded to suit all levels of runner from absolute beginner to advanced. A choice of programmes now helps runners train for any of our three adult races: the Dandara 5K, Specsavers 10K or Accord Energy 1/2 Marathon.
